Correct selection and use of threaded rods
Before use, confirm whether the mechanical properties of the product are satisfactory to the customer's application requirements (such as the tensile strength of the bolt and the safety load of the nut). The length of the bolt should be selected appropriately, based on the 1-2 pitches of the revealed nut after tightening. The threads of the anterior teeth should be kept clean.
When tightening the threaded rod, pay attention to the direction of the wrench and the axis of the screw, and do not skew. In the tightening process, the force must not exceed the safe torque and must be even. Try to use a torque wrench or a socket to cooperate. If the locking speed is too fast, it will cause locking. It is recommended not to use electric or pneumatic wrenches. Insist on thread cleaning. In order to ensure the smooth cooperation of screws and nuts, it is recommended to put the product in a clean container and do not place it randomly.
